Is the jewelry handmade?

The pieces in the "Designer Jewelry" category are unique and are crafted by hand from concept to completion. The jewelry in the "Minimalist Collection" is created from individual, pre-made components.

What materials are your jewelry pieces made of?

My jewelry is made of gold, silver, freshwater (cultured) pearls, and semi-precious and precious stones. All items in the online store have been hallmarked by the Latvian Assay Office.

Can I order a piece of jewelry made just for me?

Yes, I accept custom orders. Feel free to write to me with your idea—together, we’ll create a one-of-a-kind piece.

How do I find out my ring size?

If you don't know your ring size, write to me—I'll advise you on how to measure your finger at home. You can also use the ring size charts available online.

How long does making a piece take?

Jewellery pieces available in the online shop are dispatched within 3–5 working days. If your order is urgent, please contact me through the details provided, and we will try to find the best possible solution. For custom orders, the creation process may take up to 3 months.

Where do you ship orders?

I ship throughout Lithuania and Europe. All orders are carefully packaged and sent via DPD, OMNIVA, LP Express parcel lockers, or registered post.

Can a jewellery piece be returned or exchanged?

Detailed return and exchange conditions are provided in the rules section at the bottom of the page.

How should I take care of your jewellery?

I recommend avoiding contact with chemicals, keeping the jewellery in a dry place, and gently cleaning it regularly with special care products. With every order, I include a special polishing cloth for your piece.

Do you create jewellery from a client’s own gold or silver scrap?

Yes, but I only work with the client’s own gold. I do not accept silver scrap. The processing costs of silver scrap are too high, so it is more economical to use new silver material.

Where can I see the jewellery in person?

I often take part in fairs in different cities across Lithuania. I share information about them on my Viju Jewelry Facebook profile, so I warmly invite you to follow along and keep an eye on the news :)
