Returns of Goods
Under the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, jewellery items are not exchangeable or returnable.
However, in order to meet our clients’ needs, we always try to find a compromise. Therefore, within 14 days from the day of delivery, it may be possible to return or exchange a jewellery item. In all cases, it is necessary to contact the Seller first.
RETURN OF QUALITY JEWELLERY ITEMS
If you wish to return a quality item that did not suit you or did not meet your expectations, the following conditions must be met:
the jewellery item must be unworn;
it must not have lost its commercial appearance and must be returned in the same box, with the label;
the jewellery item being returned must be safely packaged;
return costs are paid by the Buyer;
the item must be returned to the agreed address;
the returned item must be accompanied by the purchase document;
no refund shall be issued for goods damaged intentionally or through negligence;
quality jewellery items made to individual order are not accepted for return. This means that goods made according to the Buyer’s instructions, which are not pre-made and are produced according to the Buyer’s personal choice or request, are not accepted for return. This includes, for example, rings or bracelets made to a specific size, jewellery with personal text, a date, and similar custom details;
if the size of an individually ordered ring or bracelet does not fit because the client provided an incorrect size, the adjustment shall be carried out only for an additional fee.
RETURN AND REPAIR OF DEFECTIVE JEWELLRY ITEMS
If the jewellery item received has defects, does not correspond to the described quality, is damaged, broken, or otherwise defective through no fault of the Buyer, the return costs for such jewellery items shall be covered by the Seller;
after receiving the jewellery item, the Seller undertakes either to refund the amount paid or to repair the jewellery item free of charge;
by mutual agreement, the jewellery item may be exchanged for another item of corresponding value.
WARRANTY SERVICE
Lithuanian law requires a warranty service period of 12 months from the date of purchase.
The Seller undertakes to repair the jewellery item:
if a stone or setting has fallen out or become loose for reasons not related to careless wearing;
if the jewellery item has become worn, lost its colour or shine, you may contact us regarding its renewal;
if a detail has broken or cracked for reasons not related to careless wearing;
if, after some time, you wish to change the size of a ring, this adjustment shall be carried out only for an additional fee.
In all cases, please contact Viju Jewelry, and we will do our best to find a compromise acceptable to both sides.
