5. The Buyer undertakes to collect or accept the goods personally. If the Buyer is unable to do so, they must appoint another person to collect the goods on their behalf. In such a case, the name, surname, and telephone number of the person collecting the goods must be indicated in the “Payer’s comment” field.

6. When choosing postal delivery services during the order process, the Buyer undertakes to provide the exact delivery address for the Goods. Orders are delivered throughout the territory of Lithuania. The exact delivery price is calculated after selecting the delivery service. 8. Delivery is considered completed when the goods are delivered to the address or parcel locker indicated by the Buyer, regardless of whether the Goods are actually accepted by the Buyer personally or by any other person indicated by the Buyer. Ownership of the Goods passes to the Buyer from the moment the goods are delivered to the Buyer.

9. If the Goods are not delivered on the planned delivery day, the Buyer must inform the Seller.
